Statement of JIM ANDERSON, Candidate for Director (Short Term) Felton Fire Protection District Occupation: Technical Manager Age: 50 Education and Qualifications: I’m single and the parent of one daughter. I’m a graduate of the San Lorenzo Valley School District, and attended Cabrillo College. I have been a life long valley resident, and Felton resident since 1973. I have been associated with the fire district over 18 years in different roles. I have held the positions of fireman, EMT, engineer, and captain, and now director. Having held these different positions has given me first hand experience of the needs of a fire district. I bring to the district, a diversity of viewpoints and experience, and if re-elected to this office I will continue to do my best to serve as a leader and role model for our community.
