With four generations of family history in Capitola, I feel a deep commitment to service to the city that has been so good to me and my family.

I can bring a new voice with a fresh perspective to our City Council. If elected, I would like to focus on issues of affordable housing and thoughtful development, the potential for a youth City Council, and maintaining a balanced budget that allows us to maintain and improve current infrastructure and provides for our public safety needs.

Since 2014, I have served as Treasurer for the Capitola Historical Museum Board of Trustees and have represented the City of Capitola on the Community Action Board of Santa Cruz County. I was actively involved in the Yes on Measure S campaign and recently joined the Friends of the Capitola Branch Library. I received my undergraduate degree from California State University, Monterey Bay and will complete my Master of Public Administration in 2018.
