I am dedicated to preserving the beauty and financial viability of the Santa Cruz Harbor, while enhancing a sense of community there.  I will work tirelessly with boaters and slip owners, commercial fishermen, small craft boaters and business owners who rely on the smooth operations of the Harbor -- as well as the public who enjoy the recreational facilities offered by the Harbor.  I will work to insure that operational costs have the appropriate budget and oversight, while keeping an eye to the future of Harbor development needs.

As a successful, retired businesswoman, I was CEO of a Silicon Valley-based technology company – managing the personnel, operations and budget functions of the multi-million dollar company.  I know what it takes to insure quality control and financial viability. I will use these skills to provide financial stability while promoting technology and innovation to Harbor operations and future development.  In summary, I will be a dedicated advocate for all who care about and enjoy the benefits of our beautiful Harbor.
